Vor 100 Jahren wurde Allmannsdorf in die Stadt Konstanz eingemeindet.
Nachdem der eigentliche Ratsbetrieb eingestellt worden war, fiel dieses schöne und markante Gebäude im viktorianischen beziehungsweise historistischen Stil, nicht dem Leerstand zum Opfer.
Heute steht das ehemalige Rathaus unter Denkmalschutz und ist ein Ort der Vereine.
